Escambia County has several food resources for the community.

Below we have listed some of these, but there are many more. Please dial 2-1-1 to be connected to a resource specialist who can give you even more information on all the food pantries available in your area!  

 

  • Tender Hearts Caring Hands at Olive Baptist Church. Walk in during office hours to apply for food assistance. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. 1830 East Olive Road.
  • Holy Cross Episcopal Church offers a food pantry each Wednesday from 9:00am - 11:00am.Walk in. 7979 North 9th Avenue. 
  • St Joseph Catholic Church offers take away meals Tues, Thurs 9:30am - 11:00am. Items are both for households in need and the homeless. Hot dogs are also served outside the food pantry on Thursdays during pantry hours. 140 W Government Street
  • Elijah's Pantry offers a walk-in food pantry Tuesday 2:00pm - 4:00pm at Myrtle Grove UMC, photo ID required. 1030 57th Avenue
  • Walk-in during pantry hours to complete application for food from Myrtle Grove Baptist Church. Tuesday 9:00am - 11:00am. May visit once per month for food assistance.Photo ID required.5920 Lillian Highway
  • Walk-in during business hours for food assistance from Samaritan Hands. Small transient food sacks are available. Assistance limited to once every 6 months. Photo ID, SS Card. 511 N Tarragona Street, Mon - Thurs 9am - 11:30am
  • Holy Cross MCC provides a walk-in food pantry every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month starting at 9:00am. First come, First Serve. Also provides a hot meal at this time.Some form of ID. 3130 Fairfield Drive
  • Marcus Pointe Baptist Church provides food to men, women and children on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am - 12:00pm. Photo ID, SS Card. 6205 North W Street.
  • Call for an appointment for services from the St Anne's food pantry. Tues, Thurs 10:00am - 12:00pm. 850-457-3833, 5200 Saufley Field Road
